Introduction to Summer Holiday Scheme:

We are pleased to announce our Summer Holiday Training, 2008. We are able to offer training in one of the countries finest facilities, including a fully sprung floor area, sprung floor track, two floor level trampolines, carbon fibre tumble track, competition standard vault area, double mini trampette, beams, A bars, high bars, rings, rig, pommels, two foam filled safety pits plus a host of training equipment.

Diamonds Gym has fully equipped changing rooms for boys and girls, a dance area with bar and mirrors, spectator viewing area and a café where drinks and snacks may be purchased.

The scheme is for both boys and girls and is this year offering classes throughout the schools’ Summer break:

These sessions are suitable for gymnasts who are training at a recreational level but would like the chance to develop skills further.

Please note that the classes will only cater for 30 gymnasts at a time so early bookings are essential. NB. Gymnasts must be 7 years of age by the date of the classes.

Gymnasts are welcome from all gymnastic disciplines. All classes will be organised by our team of fully qualified staff. Each gymnast will be given the chance to try out a range of gymnastic activities including skills on floor, trampoline and a wide variety of other apparatus.

Cost:

£15 per session per gymnast.

Or

£40 for 3 sessions per gymnast.

NB. All gymnasts must be BG Members.

Each gymnast will be given a drink and a voucher for the Diamonds shop which can be exchanged for drinks or snacks.

Our coaching team will be working alongside the gymnasts during all the sessions and will supervise all activities including breaks. If you wish to discuss any details with our staff please contact us by phone or e-mail.

A confirmation letter will be sent out prior to the class.

The sessions are suitable for gymnasts working in Women’s Artistic, Men’s Artistic, Acrobatics, Tumbling & TeamGym to a competitive level.

Each club attending must provide at least one club coach or level 3 coach who will work with the gymnasts throughout the session.

Please note that only 30 gymnasts will be accepted for each session, so early bookings are essential.

Sessions will be structured to accommodate (where possible) the requirements of each club/Groups of gymnasts. If requested, Diamonds coaches will be available to offer guidance & assistance.

Cost:

£15 per session per gymnast.

Or

£40 for 3 sessions per gymnast.

Group bookings: 10 gymnasts at £12 per day per gymnast.
